Food On Q is a food delivery service that has partnered up with many of Queenstown’s best restaurants. We provide an efficient delivery service that enables you to enjoy restaurant quality food, in the comfort of your own home.
It’s never been easier to order the food you love. Simply enter your address on the homepage, select whichever restaurant you like, and add your chosen dishes to the cart. From there, head to the checkout and finalise your order online. Simply provide your delivery address & select your payment method, and we deliver to your door as fast as possible. Yes you can. However, you can only order from one restaurant per order. If you would like to order from two or more that’s absolutely fine, you just have to make a separate order. It is a logistical headache otherwise and slows down our delivery process, and nobody wants that. 🙂
We deliver to Queenstown central, Fernhill & Sunshine bay, down Frankton Road to Marina Drive, and Arthurs point cutting off at the top of Atley road. If you are a tourist and are unfamiliar with the area, we have a link displaying our radius below.
Our fee’s our simple. You pay a flat rate fee depending on your order value. We also have no minimum order amount, meaning you can order anything of any value if you’d like to.
Order value: $20 or below = $10 fee.
Order value: $21 – $70 = $9 fee.
Order value: $70 or above = $10 fee.
We pride ourselves on providing the most efficient delivery service possible, and our average delivery time is between 30-40 minutes. On the odd occasion, some of our partnered restaurants may have a long prep time on their food, so please allow up to one hour.
You can either pay with your card online or cash upon delivery. Our drivers don’t carry mobile EFTPOS machines, unfortunately. If you have any queries regarding your payment please feel free to contact us. 🙂
We’re open 7 days a week delivering the goods! Our daily hours are Monday – Friday from 4pm -10pm, and Weekends from 12pm -10pm.
In the unlikely event there is an issue with your order, please contact us via phone or email. We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible for you.
10. If I have an allergy, dietary requirement, or a note about one of my ordered items, what’s the best way to notify you?
There is a ‘notes’ section just before you make your purchase at the checkout. Within this, you may provide any details regarding your allergy and notes for ordered items. If you have a severe allergy we recommend you contact the restaurant directly.
